I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years: completed a masters degree in exercise physiology, became a PT and coach before creating my nutrition business, Principal Nutrition. Principal Nutrition is my nutrition blueprint for helping clients feel just a little bit better every day.
I launched Principal Nutrition in 2018 and I’m incredibly proud of what it’s become. My goal has always been to educate, not just on nutrition, but on all the habits that impact your health, mindset and well-being.
