All our classes at Principal Athletic are suitable for all fitness levels & abilities, from absolute complete beginners to advanced athletes.

We run 3 fully coached, fully-programmed 1 hour group training classesL Athletic, Fitness & PHT. All designed to help you get stronger, fitter & moving better whatever your ability.

Athletic: All-in-one strength, gymnastics, power, speed, endurance class. Typically consists of strength piece + conditioning workout

PHT: Our signature strength & hypertrophy class. Build muscle, get strong, get hench & do it with pals. Structured progressive programming. Way more fun that doing it in a globo gym on your own.

Fitness: Longer team interval workouts. Typically 30-45mins. In pairs or 3’s. Sweaty, spicy, fun. + Coffee with the PA crew on Saturdays.
